As your birth doula I will help you prepare for the birth of your baby by meeting with you and your partner prentally, helping you develop a birth plan, support you through your labor and birth, and check in with you in the postpartum period to make sure you are adjusting smoothly to life with your new baby.

We will met one to two times prenatally to discuss your desires for your birth experience. We will meet with your partner, work on coping strategies, talk about comfort measures and pain management options, create your birth plan, and much more.
Labor of Love
I will meet you in labor, either at your home or birthing space, and assist you and your partner in the birthing experience. Comfort measures, position changes, hands on support, and breathing techniques will help you through each wave. Emotional support and encouragement for you and your partner will help make the experience positive. I will also assist you in communicating with your care providers by helping you ask questions and make informed decisions.
New Beginning
Postpartum visits are all about setting you up for success. We might discuss your birth, or talk about baby care or breastfeeding, or even ways to have a smooth recovery from the birth. It's my goal to make sure you have all the support and resources you need as you transition into motherhood.
